The ability to manage your own emotions and understand the emotions of the people around you to improve your relationships and bring peace. We touch on things like self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, and empathy.

Limiting beliefs are beliefs about yourself or the world around you that restricts you in some way. To be able to move on in your journey, it is important to identify our own limiting beliefs and change them.
