BASICS OF HEALTH COURSE

The intention of this course is to give you a guide to all the different aspects of what it means to live a healthy and happy life. This is a complete course that touches topics related to body, mind and soul to find a holistic balance to achieve a good life. 

Basics of Health Course

This course is provided in two different formats, as pre-recorded and live.

Pre-recorded 

​

The pre-recorded sessions allow you to take the course at your own pace and whenever you have time. Recorded sessions are shared with you along with exercises and informational flyers. You can contact your coach via email or WhatsApp whenever you need it to ask questions about the material presented in the course.

Live
​

The live sessions allow you to take the course live with your coach and other participants and a day and time set. If you miss a session, the recording of the session will be provided so you can catch up before the next session. Sessions are scheduled with two weeks in between to allow time to implement changes discussed during the session. Even when this is a group course, every participant set their own challenges and commit to whatever resonates with them. The benefits of taking the course live is that you are kept accountable for your commitments. There are actionable steps related to each session.
