Refund Policy

  1. Coaching Services & Programs
  • Individual Sessions: Refunds are not provided for sessions already conducted. If you have pre-paid for a session and wish to cancel, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice to receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.

  • Coaching Packages: If you purchase a multi-session package and decide to discontinue services, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused sessions, minus a administrative processing fee of $50.

  • Group Programs: Once a group coaching program has commenced, no refunds will be issued as your spot has been reserved and cannot be filled by another client.

     2. Digital Products & Downloads
  • No Refunds: Due to the immediate, downloadable nature of digital products (e-books, recorded webinars, worksheets, or templates), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the digital file has been delivered or accessed.

     3. Events & Workshops
  • Live Events: Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 2 of the event are non-refundable but may be transferable to another person with prior written approval.

 
How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email gabriela@wellnessbloomcoaching.com and include your order number and the reason for your request. All requests will be reviewed and processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Policy - the basics

Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. It may also help you avoid legal claims from customers that are not satisfied with the products they purchased.

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
